Fix: Graue Karte - {r} aus Tile-URL entfernt

Quellcode durchsuchen 
- {r} (Retina-Platzhalter) wurde nicht ersetzt und blieb literal in URL
- subdomains: 'abcd' explizit fuer CartoDB gesetzt
