fix: Cache-Buster aktualisiert fuer Quellen-Info-Button

Quellcode durchsuchen 
Statische JS/CSS-Dateien hatten alten Cache-Buster (20260304h),
dadurch wurde die neue components.js mit Info-Tooltips nicht geladen.
