Karte: Deutsche OSM-Kacheln, einheitlich fuer beide Themes

- tile.openstreetmap.de statt OSM/CartoDB: deutsche Ortsnamen
- Graue Vierecke behoben (Subdomain 'd' existierte nicht bei OSM)
- Gleiche helle Karte in Dark und Light Mode
- CSP img-src auf neuen Tile-Server aktualisiert
