fix(x): twscrape auf GitHub-main pinnen (x-client-transaction-id-Fix)

twscrape 0.17.0 von PyPI scheitert am x-client-transaction-id-Generator (IndexError, twscrape-Issue #248). Der main-Branch enthaelt den Fix. Pin auf einen festen Commit fuer Reproduzierbarkeit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
